I fly quite a bit and i stick to Air Canada because I find them consistent. I always do carry on so that I don't have to wait for baggage and because i follow all the size rules closely i don't ever run into problems even if I am zone 5. My observation is that they get a bad rap...

When I arrived at the airport on a flight from Boston I was told that this flight had been cancelled because, "You are the only passenger." I was surprised although it is a small aircraft with rarely more than 20 passengers. I did wonder why I had not been informed though. I was offered a motel and meal voucher. To...

First It took over an hour to check in, good I got there early. 5 plus hour flight, the don’t even offer so much as a peanut to even snack on. No WiFi available and on the return they were late due to mechanical issues so I missed my connection. No. Not entirely their fault going through security in Montreal...

Shows empathy and appreciate their passengers. They treat clients like individuals and does not use a one size fit all approach. They listen and then act. Thank you AC.

If you're in a hurry, don't take this airline. We flew to/from Buenos Aires to Santiago, Chile. On both flights, they were delayed by over 2 hours. I think they fly one plane back and forth and therefore, they are always delayed. Once on, it was an ok flight but if you have a connection, better allow at least 3...

Small cramped aircraft regional aircraft unable to cope with a full load of international travelers and their bags. Most people seemed to be carry everything on with them. I found out why when Air Canada managed to leave my luggage on the tarmac in Toronto. The problem made worse by the lack of any Air Canada ground crew in Detroit....

I prefer travelling on WestJest mostly because of the light-hearted and friendly attitude of the staff. Air Canada is a trustworthy airline as well, professional and typically a little more on the serious side, which I dont mind. The flight itself was good. We were bumped up to the 'preferred' seating by a friendly person at the gate, which was...

Air Canada.s CEO once said that no one matters to the shareholders except super elite customers. That continues to be abundantly evident. The entertainment system doesn’t work, even on flights of more than 4 hours, the service is non existent and they don’t even provide bottled water unless you buy it. Seriously ? Even though they have monopolized the routes...

Had the pleasure to be upgraded on ac 857 from Heathrow to Toronto on Friday. I have to say the business class staff were the best I have ever experienced. They were attentive, friendly and caring. I would love to mention names but I did talk to the gentleman who ran crew and told him it’s the best in my...

It took a long time to load this flight. Something really needs to be done about cabin luggage, its just too large at present, and far too many people are abusing it. Far stricter checks are needed on sizes and weights. You see people who can't physically lift it into the overhead locker. If it can't be carried by the...
