I am a total convert to premium economy. You are treated as a person rather than cattle as is so often the case with airline travel. This is especially important on a long flight. The seats are roomier and quite comfortable, the meal is served with china and glassware, the staff is attentive and friendly - with lots of nice...

on the flights Montreal to LA and from San Fransisco to Montreal, Air Canada had computer and engine troubles , causing long delays that meant no luggage for 2 days in Australia, then 6-7 hour delay to get home on my return flight. 100% failure. That's bad averages and it caused a lot of stress .

I booked a trip 5 month ago. By the booking I chose my seats on 2 fly segment on the trip over and paid ekstra for a preferred seat back. But I didn’t get my seats an the way over. In Frankfurt I was told that Air Canada has canceled all my seats reservations. So instead of a seat by...

Aircraft was ok B787-9 with terrible light blue painting. Seat pitch was ok. Very basic service. There was no welcome drink, no warm towel for the face and hands. No amenities and no menu. Food was tasteless chicken in a plastic disk. There was offering of drinks and wine. No 2nd drink offering. There was nothing to eat during flight,...

While I only have good words to say about the flight crew and air team, I now regret not going for better seats as after a 12 hour flight in economy class, I was broken. Those of you who have made the same mistake will know that on a long flight you seek as much comfort as possible, but this...

Air Canada Flight from Lima, Peru to Montreal, Canada was utter chaos. The majority of seats where double booked meanings we got moved seats 3 times. It even got to the point where they had to print out the manifesto as a means to re-arrange people. The flight attendents (although under a lot of pressure) were very rude, blunt and...

I was flying DTW-Toronto (YYZ) - Shanghai (PVG) because Air Canada was a lot cheaper than Delta. The flight DTW-Toronto was ok, but getting off the small flight in Toronto onto the tarmac directly led to having to walk about 20 minutes with my carry-ons to get to the gate. Even light carry-ons get heavy after that long. Halfway there,...

Although I booked a flight through Avianca, only Air Canada does a direct flight. However, they are part of the Star Alliance club so no problem. When I booked the flight, it left Toronto at 08:40 and arrived at 16:10 which is a great time to arrive. However, two weeks before the departure date, it was changed to leaving at...

In the future in will do my best to avoid Air Canada. From Moncton to Toronto the flight was delayed so I missed the connecting flight to the US. then the return flight was delayed for almost three hours. So I missed the connecting flight from Toronto to Moncton.
