Botswana's flag carrier, Air Botswana (BP) is headquartered in the capital city of Gaborone and operates a hub at the city's Sir Seretse Khama International Airport (GBE). Passengers can fly non-stop to eight destinations: Francistown, Kasane, Maun and Gaborone in Botswana, as well as Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa; Harare, Zimbabwe; and Lusaka, Zambia. The airline's fleet includes ATR 42-500s, an ATR 72-500, a BAe 146-100 and Avro RJ85s. Its frequent flier program is known as the Teemane Club.

Not good. Flight cancelled 1 week before, and no other fliht booked. Any other flight that day are really expensive.
Do not use Air Botswana.

Extremely disappointing

Disappointing Experiences with Air Botswana
I recently had the misfortune of flying with Air Botswana, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The airline consistently failed to meet expectations, with:
· Frequent flight delays
· Poor communication regarding schedule changes
· Lack of timely updates
As a result, our group missed a scheduled activity in Livingstone, causing inconvenience and financial losses.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Air Botswana to anyone. Their reliability and customer service fell far short of expectations.

Advice: Consider alternative airlines, for a more reliable and hassle-free travel experience.

Air Botswana Sucks!!!!

I have been trying to make a flight reservation for October 23rd 2024, for the last 5 days now. The website is refusing my credit card information. Nobody is answering the phone. It seems that just making a reservation is impossible. Since you don't want my money, I will go with another company.

Terrible service!

Terrible experience with ticketing. Their website firstly doesn't allow you to make any changes. You need to call their offices that also don't even answer the phone half the time. Then they refuse a refund even though a medical reason is provided for cancelation. They don't want to issue a credit note for the value. I will never ever book with this airline ever again and I recommend refraining from booking with them. Rather spend a bit more on a different airline.

Amsterdam - MaunInternational
Air Botswana cancelled the last part of an international ticket through a no reply email. Calling them was fruitless . Only the SA number answered In the end . No response to emails. Avoid this airline!!!
