The planes are old. Business Class doesn’t measure up. The seats are two by two, not pods. They recline but don’t lie flat. The lounge serves crackers and tea sandwiches wrapped in cellophane baggies. Need I say more?

Although the flight was short, so did not expect much in the way of refreshments or entertainment, was shocked when we were hit with excess baggage fees. If you are over 16kilos be ready to pay excess baggage, we were over 16 but under 20 and it cost 1300 AR pesos. Would not willingly take this flight again, knowing I...

Good, comfortable flight and a new and very clean aircraft. Timely departure and arrival. Light passenger load with plenty of empty seats to choose from.

Deficient service, all the flights were late and the first almost cancelled! it was moved 9 hours forward!. There was none of the staff at BOG airport to explain or give a solution! the only option was via phone!. And of course the usual bad phone service, that of course I needed to pay for! The connection was not granted,...

It is a very good flight. It is a pity that they don't have this flight several times a day, because going to Aeroparque to get a connecting flight is really a lot of hassle.

I took this flight because I wanted to get the connecting flight from Buenos Aires to Bariloche. Usually I fly Latam. The plane was very run down and used. It needs urgently of a renewal. I watched the food and the meat had been well overcooked. The entertainment system was the worst I have ever seen. Only 31 movie options...

We stayed 2.2 km SE at the nice Aeroparque Inn and Suites to be close by for the 12:10 PM flight. The security check was easily done and we waited at the designated gate, only to have the gate changed unannounced; we noticed people leaving the area and so we re-checked the electronic board and hurried to the proper gate....

Our flight was cancelled due to technical issues- cant blame them for that BUT the information and assistance after that were appalling. Firstly the only reason we knew it was cancelled was an email that some of us received. Then vague rumours that they would fit us "all" on the next flight. Unlikely I know but you grasp at straws....
