There are a limited number of flights from CRD and this is the earliest one out. The airplanes are fairly new compared to 10 years ago but the seats are very close to someone of any size. The attendants are very attentive and take care of the customers.

First time traveler to South America, we weren't sure how these flights would compare to the European and Asian carriers. It turned out well. Service was good, Food not bad. The crew had limited knowledge of English but everything went off smoothly. I would certainly recommend this airline and would fly them again.

Going from Cordoba Argentina to Iguazu there were about six passengers that almost lost the flight, due to the fact that the employee instructing the passengers in line ask us to wait, but in fact was time to board the plane. At the very last momento we got into the plane. After about half an hour in the plane, the...

I flew FL # 1300 from Ministro Pistarini (EZE) service non Stop to New York (JFK). We departed 30 mins later but arrived on time. Checkin was Quick (No waiting - Business Class). The flight was comfortable enough and the food was OK, this time I ordered Fish (Abadejo) and was really good. The wines from Bodega Nieto Senetiner were...

We flew from Iguassu Falls to Buenos Aires, BA to El Calafate, and El Calafate to Ushuaia on Aerolineas Argentinas. All flights were on new planes, on time, relatively comfortable. Positive experience for us.

The basic service is OK, with one major caveat which will stop me using them ever again. The weight limit for checked baggage is 15kg! So if you've traveled halfway round the world for your holiday in Argentina with your standard 23kg, be prepared for a nasty shock. They will allow you a little leeway, but once that runs out,...

Not much of a problem, but if the plane is late tell the passengers! Some apoligizes would be welcome too.

Travelling from Toronto, Canada via Miami to Buenos Aires. One night stay at airport hotel in Miami, then morning flight direct to Buenos Aires. Great way to avoid jet lag and arrive refreshed. Arrival in time for dinner in Buenos Aires.

I was booked on a flight out of JFK on the afternoon of a blizzard and rather than cancelling the flight the pilot moved the flight up by 3 hours. I received a call the night before asking if I could be to the airport early and replied yes. When I showed up at JFK virtually every airline had cancelled...
