The flight was very good, the crew were competent, polite and helpful. It was a quick jaunt of less than an hour. Cork was a wonderful place to visit and I would have no problems with recommending the airline or this route. However... I would have put but in capital letters. Having used Bristol Airport many times, we used to...

The food was less than good, the on board films were the same goin over as they were coming back. Impossible to get to sleep, the intercom kept being pressed, the captain kept coming on the loudspeaker interrupting the films or games. For someone that is hard of hearing, I found only 4 films had subtitles. Very unsatisfactory.

We took off half an hour late, which was good, it could have been longer. I just find long flights are normally ok, it's your fellow passengers that are the problem. The Crew were very good. We tend not to eat airline food, but did try done and it was ok. On the return journey we were landing around 1030...

Flew into Dublin Wednesday at height of storm. Captain was amazing. He reassured us all was ok. We refuelled at Faro to cover all eventualities. On a second attempt he landed safely and smoothly in Dublin. He and the crew were brilliant. From a safety aspect Aer Lingus have to be no. 1. Thanks again to the Captain.

DUB -MAN-DUB (Economy) Booking and check in The Aer Lingus website is easy to navigate and selecting a flight for my trip to Manchester was no trouble. Three fare types are available: Fully flexible, Lowest and Plus. The Plus fare includes one free checked bag, seat selection (including premium seats) and earns Aer Club points. Plus fare cost an additional...

This was a regional flight in a propeller turbo prop. Fly delayed a bit by Depression"Elanor" winds. Bus to plane. Excellent that they didn't allow people with oversize bags onto the plane. Staff had to handle a foreign traveler who was non cooperative about his on board luggage until calmly and politely told he would not fly. On a regional...

Cannot fault the actual flight and crew from Dublin to Newcastle, but can't say the same for the check-in process. We had checked-in online but at bag-drop the problems began. When I weighed my bag the machine went off and my printed bag tag obviously wasn't right, it was crumpled and far too long. When my husband tried with his...

The flight was 3 hours late, but I think that nowadays is happening all the time for a million reasons, not all under control of the airport. From check in to handbag and luggage until my arrival in Dublin everything was smooth, no fuss. Flight attendants were polite. Only one problem with the sandwish I ordered - came frozen and...
