We booked the tickets from Bangkok (DMK) to Phuket (only around 1,5 hr flight) for 11:45 am. Around two weeks before departure, I have gotten an email saying that the flight got cancelled and now our flight will be at 1:15pm. So we arrive to BKK from Singapore at 8:40 am thinking we have time to have coffee, relax, go...

This was a disappointing experience. We purchased flatbed tickets for around $380 on top of an economy ticket on the understanding that these seats could become unavailable, in which case the additional 380 would be refunded within 5 days. No notification was given by the airline about whether we had a flatbed, so we inquired when we arrived at the...

Loved the flat bed. Ok its a budget business class but no complaints here . Couple of wines while watching a movie then lay down and sleep. I'm 6'3" so i loved the room . You get a free meal with the seat . A tablet to watch movies and a blanket and pillow for comfort. Staff where very nice...

Air Asia X is the wide body aircraft with 3+3+3 seats per row in economy. The seats were comfortable and basic services were as expected. They have 2 rows of business class too.

I'd flown Thai Air Asia X previously, and had got no food or drink - despite sitting waving the menu and money. So I decided I would pre-order, from the very attractive [and good value] menu card, for the return flight. BAD idea. 1: It took 3 Air Asia people to get directions to their Sales Counter, at the farthest...

I have flown with Air Asia Many times over a number of years and never found anything to complain about. The staff are always friendly and helpful with the flights pretty much on time. Meals not too bag either. Recommended.

Great airline, courteous, no fuss, polite, overall fantastic. We opted for the 3 seat option, best thing to do in my view. No in flight entertainment unless you pay for it. No big deal slept most of the way anyway, but it would've been nice it was there.

The flight to Yangon was 30 minutes late from Bangkok so a bad start. However, the actual flying experience was smooth. The return journey was perfection - we actually landed early with a soft landing for a small, light plane. The seats were comfortable with just enough leg room. The air hosts were very efficient and cheerful.

It is more comfortable than what I could expect. I feel friendly with all the 80% Chinese passengers. They are quite normal now. I mean they are not noisy like they used to be.I laugh to see a group of men, perhaps they are from country side. They are very excited . One man who sits near me,he can not wait...

It's a budget airline but their timing is prompt and no delay as compare to other budget airline is good. The online meal have to book in advance and the taste not bad quite good. It's worth of value if you book a least 2 months in advance.
