Good service, on time and great if on a tight budget. The only reason I give a 9 and not 10 is because checked in luggage isn't included in the airfare.Flew with only hand luggage and if you have to check in bags it's cheaper doing it online than at the airport. Checking in online is easy and fast and if...

An extremely well run economy airline. Very punctual and boarding procedures well planned. Staff are friendly, helpful and informative. Overall provide good value for money. Love the fact that seats don't recline so reduces being squashed by inconsiderate passengers

Because I fly Flysafair quite frequently I have an account. Early today I tried to log in to book my seat and check-in, repeatedly, using my phone (no app - why?) and laptop. It just constantly failed to load. I tried the Whatsapp line - still waiting for a response. I called the call centre and got a rude and...

We recently flew to Durban on FlySafair. the flight was very full and noisy but the flight attendants were courteous and friendly. The return flight was more comfortable with pleasant service on board.

FlySafair never fails to impress me! The flights are extremely well priced and relatively quick and easy to find. The check in lines move quickly and staff are always friendly and accommodating. Flights run on time and the flight itself is very enjoyable as the staff are friendly, the leg room is spacious and the selection of snacks and drinks...

My first expierience of Safair was it is a professional, aircraft not too old and seats comfortable. I used to fly Mango as the other budget airline both much better than the National Carrier SAA and evn BA who operate a very old fleet of boeings.. Ontime and the check in process was smooth. I would have no hesitation in...

I'm a frequent flyer between CPT and JNB and I've tried all the airlines - many times. In my view, SAFAIR are the best - the most punctual - the most spacious - and best value for money in terms of low cost airlines.

The big airlines could learn from FlySafair. Easy to book, easy to check in. I have never seen any airline load a plane as efficiently. Comfortable in flight and on time (have flown with them twice). Will definitely use on future visits to South Africa.

I always choose FlySafair. Nothing beats an airline with the perfect online service, employees are that always helpful & friendly, consistent on-time arrivals and great value for money. Their sms' that remind you to check-in online as soon as it is available to do so is my ultimate best. I always get to pick a seat I like and avoid...
